What’s to lose?

Which is why Canyon Terrace Management has decided to update our laundry rooms! In a few short weeks we will have all brand new machines! And the best part of these machines is that they take coin, debit, or credit!

At last, no more quick dashes to the bank!

They also have other cool features. For those of you with smart phones, you can download an app that will tell you how many machines are open in the laundry room before you even go. It will also send you a reminder alert when your laundry is finished.

So convenient.

We are super excited for this change and hope you are too! See you in a few weeks in our lovely new laundry room!

The U.S. Postal Office has installed new mailboxes for our complex. These mailboxes are located on the North East Side of the Building, along the walkway leading to the North Parking Lot. The old mailboxes are no longer in use.
Please come to the Canyon Terrace Office, on July 5th, to turn in your old mail and storage keys and to pick up your new set of keys. Each apartment will only receive 1 mail and 1 storage key. If you lose your keys, please come to the office. We can open your mailbox for you until we can get you a replacement key. Do not try and tamper with the locks, as this is considered vandalism and is punishable by law.

Replacement Mail Box Keys will cost $20.00. Replacement Parcel Keys will cost $40.00. (If you have a package, the parcel key will be placed in your mailbox.) If we have to replace the lock it will cost $40.00.

For those of you who are current tenants, we have added some new features that we hope you will be excited about!

A Newsfeed/Blog
Go ahead and follow our blog and you will receive reminders about upcoming activities, cleaning checks, and rent… all on your RSS feed. This blog will also be updated with pictures from Canyon Terrace activities. If you would like to get the word out about a game night, pizza party, or anything else you are planning go ahead and contact the office staff and we will make sure to add a post about it here!

A Google Calendar
If you will kindly look to your right you will notice that there is a calendar posted on the sidebar. This particular calendar has all the dates of cleaning checks, check ins, check outs, rent weeks, activities, and everything else that might be useful to know while living here for the entire year. What’s even better about this calendar? It is a google calendar, so if you want to, you can choose to import it directly into your own personal google calendar and our events/notifications will show up right alongside your personal events.  

A Google Map
Those of you already living here may not need directions anymore, but your friends and family might. Tell them to hop onto canyonterrace.com and click on the contact us page. At the bottom they will find a google map that will give them directions straight to our complex. All they need to enter is their current address and it will generate directions for them. They don’t even have to enter Canyon Terrace’s address! Save on time and typing!
