Fall/Winter Men’s Contracts Available!

Posted 3 years ago on May 30, 2016

Hey Ya’ll!!

We’ve got some men’s contracts available still here at Canyon Terrace! We’ve got a lot going on this summer with our new management to make it the best student housing with the best prices in Provo!

Canyon Terrace is a fantastic place to live for students! We are in a fantastic location, across the street from BYU, a central location to grocery stores and restaurants, AND ALL SPORTING EVENTS! We also have fantastic residents, a basketball court, recreational rooms, and laundry in the building! Our apartments are large and have plenty of room and storage space. 2 bedrooms and 4 residents per apartment with a full kitchen and living area! They are also fully furnished! For our residents convenience we have live in management on the property, always available to help!

Rent in the Fall is $295 with a flat utility charge of $34. The lease starts August 26th and ends April 28th! To live here you must be a student at one of the BYU approved schools or attending institute. You will need to fill out the application as soon as possible because we are filling up quickly! With the application there is a $35 application fee. Once we have done your background check and you are approved we will get you the lease to sign. When you sign the lease the deposit is due. Deposits are $200 + 1 Month’s rent. When you move in we will need you to pay the first and last month’s utilities and rent.

WE HAVE ROOM FOR YOU AND A ROOMMATE IF YOU SIGN UP AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!

Please let me know if you have any questions. I would encourage you to start the process as soon as possible so that we can get your lease signed and save you a spot here at Canyon Terrace!

Email, Text or Call with any questions! We’ll get back to you ASAP!
